That’s a fact.” Mick sounded so sure of himself that I looked at him. One swift glance and I knew that she was all that I wasn’t. “Hey.” I sat up in bed, pulled my legs up to my chest. I think it all started that evening in the pub. “No,” a short pause, “No, I am with my girlfriend.” My heart skipped a beat. “Aren’t we all, sometimes?” his reply was soft, and I sighed, opened my eyes again.
