“Lig-ht…” Momo said, squinting at the light switch. “No, she’s a cat. “What’s that?” asked Sonja. As I returned my snake to its den, Sonja dove into the leaves for the umpteenth time. It was sort of like holding a balloon and having that evil desire to pop it. It was such a sweet sight, I almost didn’t want to disturb them. Good thing I had asked the girls to avoid raking any leaves near animal crap.
